Aerial and Framed Photos
Once you have ordered an Aerial Photographic Print or Framed Aerial Photograph we will begin work producing your order as soon as possible therefore incurring costs. Aerial Photographic Prints or Framed Aerial Photographs can only be returned if damaged or faulty. If your order appears to be damaged please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible on 01530 518518. If the product is faulty or damaged in any other aspect associated with its production please advise us a soon as possible by completing our Returns Form; an electronic copy of this is available for
download.
Digital Files
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Digital Image File you can cancel your order by returning all media, packaging and associated documents, within 7 working days of receipt to:

If you downloaded your Digital Image File from our site and you are not satisfied you will also need to complete a Returns Form; an electronic copy of this is available for
download. You will also need to confirm that all copies of the Digital Image File, including backup files, email attachments and printed versions, have been deleted or destroyed.
