Delivery Policy

Digital image files will usually be available for download within minutes of completing the purchase. However more complicated / larger areas may take up to 3 working days to complete. When the file is available for download an email notification will be sent to the contact email provided.

Digital image files will remain active on the site for 7 days from the purchase date. However, it is recommended that you download, save and backup your digital image file as soon as it becomes available.

You can also download your data directly from the Mapshop. After your download email has been received please log into your account, click on your name in the top-right corner, and select My Account, then select Orders and you can view and download your previous orders.
